IIS selection doesn't appear in Administrative Tools

Hi,

There is no selection for IIS in Administrative Tools. There was one there
before. I think I made some mistakes trying to reconfigure IIS while trying
to set up a web service for basic authentication. I've tried to go to
Add/Remove Windows Components and Remove and then Add IIS again but that
doesn't work. I want to be able to see the entry in Administrative Tools for
IIS so I can configure my web service for basic authentication.

I think when IIS was working I saw that the version was 5.1.
OS - Windows XP service pack 3
