OWA Crash

Currently I am running a SBS 2003 system with ISA 2004 and IIS 6.0 a short
time ago we were using OWA to remotly access our email it seemed to be
working fine, then the boss who runs Vista Buness on his laptop started to
recive errors and not beeing able to connect because of a missing server
cert. When i created a new cerver cert and put it in place every thing broke.
I have been able to restore Remote Web Workplace and after you login and try
to go to OWA to view your email it crashes with an (Internet Explorer cannot
display the Webpage) error and a popup window saying line: 59 char: 5 Error:
Permission denied etc... error.
