As I understand your question, you're referring to the Clone
tool. It allows you to copy and paste any part of an image.
Example...if you have one flower, you can clone it and create
another exact flower in a different position on the same image.
In Picture It!, The procedure is simple...you place the cross
hair on the portion of the image you wish to clone (copy) and
left click. Then you move the brush to the position where you
wish to paste and left click again.
Now you need to reset your clone tool for the next sequence,
this is done by pressing the "e" key on your keyboard. So,
the moves are...copy / paste / reset...copy / paste / reset...
