Printing on 11 x 17 paper

hello, we just got a new copier/printer at work that can
handle 11 x 17 paper, but I can't seem to print to it
correctly. I have everything like I like it on the
screen but when I print it, it's not printing all the way
to the edge and it's cutting off some of my images. Can
anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

What program are you using to create the projects?
Is your default paper size in Control Panel / Printers
set to 11x17?
And...possibly your new printer is not supposed to
print to the edge...many printers have a non-printable
area.
