As it came with your system, it's what's known as OEM (Original Equipment
Manufacturer). This means that all support, and disc replacements, are
handled by the OEM (in your case Dell). I'm afraid your only option is to
pursue it with them, as MS will not assist with OEM software replacement
requests.
And stop using important discs as frisbees ;o)
