How do I veiw ART pictures offline?

Ive been experienceing the problem that when I go to a
place like Google.com and try to save an image I am not
able to veiw them thru any kind of veiwer that I've
found. I came here because I didnt know where else to
turn. the message that pops up says something about that
its an ART picture and that it cannot show the Image.
SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!!
