During reinstallation of Picture It,it all loaded except
the Art Gallery which wouldn't even start. I was reloading
Suite after a reformat of my hard drive. Everything else
loaded fine. All of this wa sloaded off of cd's.

Do you mean the disk will not install? Try cleaning it with some warm water and a
soft cloth, wiping from the center of the disk to the outside edge. If this doesn't
help...you have a bad disk that needs to be replaced.

Maybe your retailer will replace the program or you can try this number:
1 (800) 360-7561.

Charles,

What does this mean: "the Art Gallery which wouldn't even start."

program and then ask to install the second cd to finish
the installation. The program part finishes loading and
then it says now loading art gallery. The art gallery
progress bar never moves.

In that case, I suspect the CD and would try Piano Guy's suggestion of
cleaning/replacing the CD. What version of Works Suite? Are you sure
you are inserting the correct cd? The 2001 Works Suite asks for the
CD's several times and they have very similar labels. Try installing
with another CD drive if you have two (like a CD-R or DVD).
