Cliip art thumbnails aren't showing up.

Hi, I'm having trouble with PictureIt's clip art gallery.

The computer is running Windows ME (I know) and uses WorksSuite 2001.
The problem is specifically associated with PictureIt, but also is a
problem in Word.

When I open PictureIt and go to the "Show My Picture and Projects" tab,
then "The Gallery," everything seems to work fine except for pictures
don't show up. In the area where they should, it's blank. On the
browse part, all the collections and categories are there, but nothing
shows up.

Also, which puzzles me, is when I open Word and go to "Insert > Picture
> Clip Collection," the same thing happens, except for in this feature
it says "21 matches found." It's recognizing the gallery, but the
thumbnails aren't showing up. That number changes depending on which
category I'm in also, so I'm sure it is recognizes that all the
pictures are there.

I'm sure I have the gallery installed, I went back into Setup and did a
Custom install after it didn't work the first time and made sure
everything was installed on the computer.

If anyone has any clue, please let me know.

Try clearing your cache. Open IE, select Tools|Internet Options|delete your
temporary files.

Yeah, I already tried that, but I just did it again and it didn't help.
