PhotoDraw 2000 V2

I have a legal version of PhotoDraw 2000 Version 2 and last week it ask if I wanted to register with Microsoft.  If I say yes it does nothing and go to the Windows Desktop.  If I say no it does the same thing.  Any suggestions ?
