Photo Draw crashes every time I try to open

I've had Photo Draw forever and following a recent computer reformat, I've
been unable to use the product.

Installed fine but every time I try to open it, it get the message that the
program failed to open and wants to send a report to Microsoft.
I try again, and the same thing happens.
I've uninstalled the product and reinstalled it again a number of times, and
it still doesn't work. I very much like this program and want (and need) to
use it.

There is a details button on the error message, what does it say?
