NTL (the e-mail provider you are attempting to use) is refusing any
e-mail traffic from 90.197.240.39 (which is you from sky.com). A
reverse lookup on 90.197.240.39 returns 5ac5f027.bb.sky.com. That
doesn't appear to be a mail host at sky.com, so you are attempting to
use a SMTP server from your own host to send e-mails. If you have your
own domain registered and operating your own site with a mail server,
you had better go get a static IP address, along with permission from
sky.com to operate an e-mail server on their domain if you are using a
personal account with them (or upgrade to a business account). If you
are using a personal account at sky.com from which you are sending
e-mails, NTL isn't accepting [some] e-mails sent from sky.com. If the
e-mails are not being sent directly from your host (5ac5f027.bb.sky.com)
then talk to sky.com as to why NTL might be refusing e-mails from them.

You (at 90.197.240.39) are in some blacklists. Go to:

http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

Then enter your IP address (90.197.240.39). You are on the SORBS, CASA,
and Spamhaus blacklists; however, it is inappropriate this blacklist
site includes the 'zen' blacklist from SpamHaus since that includes
their PBL list (public blacklist) of dynamically assigned IP addresses
(which is what the majority of users get for their hosts or routers).
The 'zen' blacklist should only be used when check upon receiving
e-mails if they came from a dynamic IP address (since mail servers
should be using static IP addresses). So I went to Spamhaus where I saw
that this IP address is NOT in their SBL+XBL blacklists (only in their
PBL list which isn't appropriate except to check during the mail session
between two mail servers).

It appears you are on NTL's blacklist. You'll have to take the matter
up with them. Or ask Sky why NTL doesn't like e-mails coming from Sky.
If you are attempting to connect to NTL's mail host but you are not on
NTL's network at the time (i.e., you are attempting an off-domain
connect to their mail server) and if you have permission to use NTL's
mail server then make sure you configure your e-mail client to
authenticate to their SMTP mail host. If you are off-domain, the owner
of a mail server has no means to validate that you have permission to
use their services. By authenticating (giving your login credentials),
you show to them who you are and they can check if you have a valid
account with them to use their services.

Is this a sudden, new problem? Has this account ever worked in OE
configured as it is now?

Were you connected to the internet via tesco.net when you attempted to Send?
