can't get on Firefox

I tried getting on Firefox to wowway.com and it said "Server not found". Please help me. Talked with Office Depot who cleaned up my computer and took off Windows Vista operating system and put me on Inspiron. I took it back to them as I could not get on line nor could I get to my Wowway email account. We called Wowway support and they told me they would look into it and no one has called me in a week.
I still cannot get to my email nor can I get on line.
