Dialog box pop up

i am trying to use outlook 2007, everytime i click the button or try using
the run tool, it coems up with a Task Bar stating "A dialog box is open.
Close it and try again", there are no other boxe's open on my desktop, i dont
understand? ive tried opening word and putting my initials in, but it doesn't
to change a thing.......

Is there a simple solution?????
