Same task to multiple contacts in Outlook 2000

Does anybody know how to assign the same task to multiple contacts, so that
you can follow these tasks separately with each contact?

Can these tasks be shown in to-do lists separately for each contact?

For example, If you want to put task "Call customer" and to do that 15th of
every month to every contact, is it possible to show this task and click it
"ready" individually for eacah contact without making this task one by one
for each contact?
