**2 Public Folder: How do you retrieve and maintain data in the public folder using a custom form

Hello,

Here's my problem of what I am trying to do:

I created a custom message form. Let's called it "
my custom message form". What I want to do is the following:

Have "my custom message form" reside on the public folder called
"my public folder", so that anybody in the organization can have access
to the "my custom message form".

When the user enters data into "my custom message form" and when
finished entering the data it is sent to another user. Also when the
sent,
a copy of the sent message to the user's personal folder called
'my personal folder"

At the other end, the user who is receiving the sent message, the "my
custom message form" is in the inbox. When the user brings up the form,
can update the form and the data is maintained in the public folder
called
"my public folder"

The problem is how do you retrieve the data and maintain the data in the
public folder when you retrieved the custom message form from your inbox.

I want to be able to sent my custom message form to various users and have
each user who receives the custom message form be able to update
and maintain the data in the public folder area, not in their inbox folder
area.

The data is to reside in one place only which is the public folder area with
a copy in the individiual user's inbox when they have received it from the
user who sent it to them.

I hope this explains what I am trying to do and that someone can help me
with this problem.

In otherwords, I want to track the changes in one place being the public
folder, while each user can retrieve the custom message form in their inbox
to retrieve and maintain the data linking to the public folder to get the
data and update the data.
