which files to save for back up of addresbook

I use Outlook 2000. I want to have a backup of my contact list, memo etc.
Can someone tell me which files I should backup?

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
