We have several user that receive web pages (not just links to the
page) via Outlook 98 in a Corporate setting. When the users attempt
to print this web pages, the job causes an "outbind" job to be listed
in the printer queue and will completely hang up that queue. Once the
"outbind" job is deleted the queue will resume printing as normal. I
checked the MS knowledgebase which reported it as some type of coding
error on the webpage. Has anyone found a way around this or someway
of deleting the "outbind" job automatically?

I fought with this problem for a month. A compaq support rep suggested
printing to a non-HP printer to see if there is any difference. I printed
the outbind://....... message to a seldom used lexmak printer on our network
and there was no problem. This pointed me to the HP discussion groups where
some people suggested updating the firmware on the printers. I downloaded
HP's web Jet Admin software and used it to update the firmware on the
printers JetDirect Network Cards. After this there were no more problems
printing the outbind:// HTML formatted e-mail messages..... Hope this helps
and you don't have to waste as much time as I did....

I fought a similar problem for a month. The e-mails were HTML
formatted and had a name in the print Q that looked like this
"outbind://8947848..............." A compaq support rep suggested
