Hi, everyone.
I can't produce any mail in Outlook Express.

1.Clicking the New Message, Recall, Forward - I get the same
phrases: "There was an error producing new message" and "There
is not enough memory".

2.All the existed mails are still stored in the mailboxes and
available for reading but not for sending.

3.In the directory C:\windows/application data/microsoft/outloock
express all the .dbx files are still existed but .mbx or .idx it
seems have been lost.

How to solve this problem in my computer?
How to remove all existed mails to another computer?
Those mails are so important for me.
Thanks!

You posted with OE5. MBX/IDX files are from OE4 or IE3 Internet Mail and News. So you
have no need of those files.

Not "enough memory" messages usually indicates some corrupted data. Does the error occur
when starting the new message or when attempting to send it?

If it happens when starting, take a look at
Err Msg: The Message Could Not Be Sent. Some recipients not valid
(Outlook Express: There was an error opening this message)
(The Address Book failed to load. OE is incorrectly configured)
(Corrupted or mismatched WAB32.DLL file)

OLEXP: Error Message: Address Book Failed to Load
(There was an error opening this message)
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=269777
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310873
OLEXP: MSIMN Caused an Invalid Page Fault in Module Wab32.dll

Err Msg: Address Book Failed To Load, Outlook Express Is...
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=191946
Err Msg: Unable to Open Address Book, a Component Is Missing
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=192321

If it happens when attempting to send the message, this could be a corrupted Outbox
folder:
- Close Outlook Express.
- OE5+: Locate the file outbox.dbx in the mail directory and delete it. You can use
Start, Find (or Search), Files or Folders, outbox.dbx to find it. On Win2000 and XP, you
need to use the advanced options to find Hidden or System files.
- Open Outlook Express again. It will create a new empty Outbox.
