I have the need to set up 4 or so specialized emails with specific
standardized addressees, subject, message etc. I have looked at saving
a "blank" email set up just as I want to as an .oft file.

But getting to it is a pain. I have moved "Choose Form" to the taskbar
(Outlook 98) but then I have to click to select the right directory,
then select the right item. Is there a smarter way to do this?

Ideally, I'd like to have a series of buttons on one of the menu bars
that would fire up the selected blank email.

Since I don't program VB, I'd settle for having the 4 or so oft files
show up when the default "standard forms library" option opens when I
use "Chose Form (ie.e, I want to not have to go looking for the items.
But I can't locate where these items live, can anyone help?

To recap, I'd love to have a series of buttons on the menu that would
open a previously configured "standard" email where all I have to do
is fill in the missing item and send.

Any help is appreciated.
