sharing an archive folder

I have 3 users who all share the same mailbox and one of them has created an
archive on a shared network drive. My problem is that they all want to have
access to this folder. When I right click on the folder there is no tab for
me to allow permissions.

Oh, yeah we're using Outlook 98
