Problem with printing attachments

Hi,

Our customer has (still) Win98/office97. They want to print the
outlook attachment which is a Word document through a
right-mouse-click. After releasing the mouse button Word tries to open
the document, and that time Word display a message something like
'can't create TempDEE file'.
I've allready search Technet but cannot find anything about this error
message.
Does anybody know the solution for this problem, or is there an
altenative to this problem.
They don't want to switch to ME/NT/2000/XP, because as they say "It
works fine for us!".
Is it allso that MS doesn't support O97 anymore?
