?How to sync a personal folder with a public one.

I have some users that use Palm Pilots to keep up with their calendar
and sync the Palm with their personal folders...now they also want the
calendar in their personal folder to be synched with the calendar in
their shared public folder.

Is there an easy way to do this without using Import/Export and
importing the personal folder with the destination being the public
calendar folder?

The user's want a button to click to "sync personal calendar with
public calendar.
