printing forms

I have just created some new forms in Outlook which i wish to print.

When I go to print it doesn't print the complete forms as I created it. It
prints it in raw format without logos etc

I have checked to microsoft sites and found a couple of options using CNTL
PRNTSCREEN + ALT PRTSRC
but this isn't good enough.
I have also look at a addin called x-print which prints the form but not the
message, to from ,cc, etc.
WHO ever came up with this as a solution should be shot.

Any suggestion.
