We use outlook 97 internally with exchange server. Some of the users cannot
access the icons (or folders) off the Outlook bar, such as Calendar, Deleted
Items and
Sent Items. They can however access the Inbox successfully. When they
click on any
of the icons (except Inbox) the get and error: "Unable to display folder,
folder no longer exists". However, if they use the folder list view of the
items, they can access all the features listed. We use roaming profiles.
Any ideas?

Check the user permissions on the computers used and of the user, also check
your system policy editor.
