public folders in outlook 97

Can anybody help me solving the following problem:

I'm using Outlook 97 on an Workstation (system: Windows 95) in an Microsoft
NT Network. How do I have to proceed in order to setup a public folder that
can be used by all network users? What software must be installed on the
server and on each workstation?
