When replying to a message sent to the support mailbox, my reply sits in the
Outbox rather than moving it to Sent items. the message is actually sent -
but with it remaining in the outbox, I can not be sure if it actually was
sent, or needs to be sent.
Is there a config. setting I need to change?
Has anyone heard of this issue?
