error in outlook ??? help!!

i have tried to post to newsservers that dont accept postings ok thats fine
with me
but every time i run outlook it still tries to send these postings to this
server but never succeeds of course and keeps giving error message how can
i remove these error messages (in the newsgroup menu) or will it give me the
error messg forever i dont see a way to remove it
