In Outlook 97/98/2000, I've created a single contact in the "Contacts"
folder who has both an email address and a fax number.
When I send a new email message, that one contact shows up a total of two
times. Once for the email address and once for the fax number. Is there a
way to stop Outlook from adding the fax number contact as I only want the
contact with an email address to display in the list?
Example:
Sean Collington (E-mail)
Sean Collington (Business-Fax)
