i recently changed fto NT4 to win2k every thing is fine but a user
logs in to his/her pc can not get his old dektop and lost his emails
how can i get back his email and contacts ..his both profils exists.

Log on as Administrator > turn on "show hidden files and folders" from
Control Panel > Folder Options > View menu. Then search for a pst in the old
profile > move it to the new profile and ensure that the new profile has
full rights to the file. Log on as the user and use the File > Open >
Personal Folder file (or Outlook data file) and browse to this pst, if it
opens okay then you can drag/drop this information into the existing folder
structure. If you want to replace the existing folder structure entirely
then post back.
