I am trying to move from Palm to a pocket pc which demands
I switch to outlook. After numerous install attempts with
my NT Professional, I receive the following message

"unable to start processing services. An unexpected error
has occured. MAPI was unable to load the information
service gwmsp1.dll. Be sure the service is correctly
installed and configured."
We have searched but cannot find this dll on any of the
disks we have for installing Office. Any ideas or thoughts?
