Outlook200 trouble w/charset US-ASCII =>blank message

I have had a big problem for a few days... and I have to turn over the
problem in all the directions without solutions:  ---> here symptoms:
  all my recipient who sends to me mail with charset US-ASCII, I do
not have is not able to read them (fields empty in the subject and the
body of the message)... invisible writing.  ---> here my config:
outlook 200 french , with parameter in rough text / MIME / Western alphabet
(Iso) ---> I have to test in MIME or uuencode /...  nothing goes if
you have an idea thank you to subject it to me because that poisons me
cordially the life d...@club-internet.fr
PS : i've installed internet explorer 6 tree days ago, idon't if it's important... i don't know how i can uninstall it?

There is a reported fix to the problems with the beta version of Internet
Explorer 6 in respect of not receiving header and body information in some
mail messages. The fix can be accredited to a John S. Vasco Jr.

"The fix is unsupported and care must be taken in regard with the possible
consequences in its use not only with IE6 but any other program that this
file may be used by."

Close all Programmes then from Start > Run type sfc (System File Checker) >
Extract a file called mlang.dll from your installation disk or from your
Windows cab files (located Windows Update Setup Files). There is no need to
uninstall IE6 for this to work After extraction Reboot your machine.
