I can receive but I can't send new email using Outlook. I
am running Outlook 98. There is no "Send" button on the
task bar. A search in MS Knowledge Base yielded OL98 "How
to Set Up Internet Mail Accounts" suggests the problem is
likely the SMTP server settings or how I am logging on.
But I have confirmed all these with my ISP. Any
suggestions? I can send using Outlook Express but prefer
to switch to Outlook.

Be sure there's a checkmark by "Standard".
