MAPI Spooler & Deleting Outbox email

I've had trouble with an email that was started in the MAPI Spooler but not
completed. This email sits in the Outbox & blocks other email from being sent. I
can't seem to delete or move it. What can I do to remove this 1 email ??

Hi Ken,
I have exactly the same problem,one email keeps returning the error that "the
MAPI spooler has already begun transmitting this message" , did you find a
solution???
