Sorry, my crystal ball cannot show the UNIDENTIFIED error messages that
you see in Outlook. I've tried to use astral projection to look over
your shoulder to see what you're pointing at but fail to actually
mention in your post but you're too far away.

Usually you get one chance per potential respondent to elicit a reply
from them. If they skip your post because you gave them nothing to go
on (no details, no versions, no context), usually they will just move on
to the next post and never return to yours. Go read:

If it's a free hotmail account then you need the Outlook Connector.
