Outlook 07 doesn't send email even after changing delay settings

Hello out there. I am having trouble w/Outlook 2007. Even after unmarking the
delay settings in the options tab, my email does not send. When I click on
the email, the pop up box states that it has already begun transmitting, yet
it still has not been sent. Anyone have an answer to help me remedy this?

Perhaps its stuck mail, because of its size?
