Migrating from Schedule to Outlook

My team are about to move from Schedule (v7) to Outlook for calandering
purposes (we already use OL for mail and contacts). Can anyone explain the
steps involved in doing this? We presently use a Exchange Server and
Win95/98 on the clients. We all use OL98/2000.
