When one of our co-workers sends e-mail to me, it will automatically go to
the delete folders.

It happen when I turn on the Junk E-mail.
I have checked the Junk E-mail Senders but I cannot find the co-worker
e-mail address in it.
Anyone can give me some hints to fix it?

His mail item is probably fitting the internal criteria that defines "junk"
listed in Filters.TXT file. You should probably add their address to the
Exception List
