using MS Postoffice with Outlook ?

1) You need to install the Microsoft Mail service on all client machines.
See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/services/msmail.htm.

2) You may need to switch Outlook 2000 to Corporate/Workgroup mode. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/choosingmode.htm.

3) No. The clients will continue sending/receiving Internet mail the same as
they have been.

4) All you need to do is set up the postoffice and make sure its folder is
shared with full access for everyone.
