Hello..
In my factory I work with Microsoft Outlook. Could someone tell me how
can I protect my mail with a pasword, please?

Is it possible with Microsoft Outlook?

Thanks you all group.

To add a password to your PST file (which will cause Outlook to prompt for a
password when starting) try the following (depending on Outlook version):

Outlook 97 or Outlook 98 (Corporate Mode)

You can also get this article by sending an E-mail with a subject of

Outlook 98 (IMO [Internet Mail Only] Mode):

You can also get this article by sending an E-mail with a subject of
"Q180043" (without the quotes) to msh...@microsoft.com.

Your real concern should be in securing your workstation. One of the
least harmful things I could do with free access to a workstation
would be to read your email.
