How do I add a new folder to my address book in Outlook Express?
My Help Menu says to click "New" then "Folder". Under "New" I have
"Contact" and "Group", but not "Folder".
What's up?

You should post this "down the hall" in the
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress newsgroup. That's
where the OE experts hang out. This newsgroup is for support of Outlook97,
98 & 2000.
