Resend and edit email as an attachment

I regularly recieve email messages (.msg) as attachments that I need to
open, edit and send. Is there a simple script I can use to do this?
I've read some that are close, but not quite there. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.

Good old VB would let you do this. There will be a bit of work to put
something together.

The best way is to get VB to run as a macro from within Outlook.
