Help with Stationary

I am new to creating stationary and have run into a
problem that I cannot seem to find an answer for online.

I have created an html page to be used as stationary in
both outlook and outlook express (it is for a friend's
company to use). This html page uses tables and some of
the cells have background images in them (so that the
email will grow to the users screen size). When I send
the html page as an email from Internet Explorer ... it
works fine. But, when we try to use the html page as
stationary in both outlook and outlook express, the
background images in the table do not show up. They are
set on the thing growing to the users window size, so I
am stumped at how to correct this.

Make sure all paths for all images and background images are complete URL's

not
