Hi,

Is there any way that you can look and find out who did book resources
(conference room) in case that you need to negotiate with someone to take
over already booked resources without contacting delegate

Thanks

Depends upon what kind of access to the resource calendar you have. If you
can open the resource calendar itself you could set the view to a table view
of the calendar and add the "Organizer" field to the view.

If not, you might be able to tell in the Meeting Planner by hovering over
the reserved time - that often will pop up a little note that may indicate
who reserved the room or at least why (which might clue you into whom).

I am using OutIook 98 and i setup Resources account acording to Q169872
article - Automatic booking. Users don't have direct access to Resources
calendar. They can invite resources in the meeting planer and see free/busy
time.
I tried to hover over the reserved time but nothing pop up

Can you perhaps give your users read-only access to the resource calendar?
Then they can look to see who the organizer is, but not change anything.
