Link Access and Outlook 98 together?

Is it possible to LINK Outlook to Access in order to retrieve contact
information or vice versa? I know we can import/export information "through
and fro", but linking would be much better for what I am trying to do.

Btw, why the heck is it so hard to print out a stinkin' envelope using
Outlook?
