OL98 calerdar items not word wrapping when printed

We have a client that can't get her calendar items to word wrap in Outlook
'98. They show up fine on the screen, but when she goes to print them, they
aren't word wrapping. I tried having her change page format to landscape,
and changing font sizes, to reduce the amount of items on the page, but to
no avail. Is there some type of bug fix/patch for OL98 that I'm not aware
of that causes this to happen? Any and all help would be GREATLY
appreciated. If you could please respond directly to me, that would be a
major help! Thanks in advance!
