Hi

I am running WinXP SP2 with IE7 on MS Outlook2003, every time when i click
print icon, "res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg" error box
will appear.

anyone have idea how to fix it, as i had tested reinstall IE and Ms Office,
but still the same

This is not a Windows or Office issue

And have you checked your printer driver and software lately for issues and compatibility ??

We need to know the line number and the error type. Please post the whole
error message. There are a number of print issues that involve
res://.../preview.dlg and the correct fix (there are several) depends on the
line number and the error type.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, register the Ole32.dll file. To do this, follow
these steps: 1. Click Start, click Run, type the following command in the
Open box, and then click OK:

Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll

2. In the RegSvr32 dialog box, click OK.
