Can't CC & BCC when answering a Calendar invitation e-mail in Office Mac 2011's Outlook?

Hello.
Is it me or does Office Mac 2011's Outlook not let me CC and BCC when
answering a calendar e-mail with comments like in Windows' Outlook
(e.g., Outlook 2010)?
