Anyone have a recommendation on this one? All we need to do is build a
small form to collect some contact data (name, address, phone, etc), and
then automatically enter a series of events (calendar entries, tasks,
emails, etc.) into MS Outlook. The environment is Outlook 97/Exchange 5.5.

You could do it all in VBScript on a modified Outlook Contact form. If
you've never seen code samples for creating one item from another, visit
