Weird. OK, so the old account was already using Exchange according to
iOS v11.4.1 (haven't upgraded to v12 yet)'s Mail settings so it is not
an IMAP issue (sorry).

A new issue tonight. Somehow there are about 262 e-mails in draft
folder! Some of these came from Inbox. Also, none of these draft e-mails
do not show up in web site's OWA. Rebooting the iPhone didn't fix it.
What's going on? Is this issue related to the annoying draft bug too? :(

I can't even move all iPhone's draft e-mails back to inbox. I also
noticed there is a spinning circular animation process in the top of
iPhone screen to say it is synchronizing(?) or something.
