Outlook 2003 - Personal Folders Disappeared

I was organizing my folder structure and *bang zoom pow* the folder I was
moving disappeard (and took the subfolders with it).

- I expanded all folders they weren't there.
- I restarted Outlook, they did not reappear
- I ran Scan PST and selected to repair the errors detected. The folders
are still missing.
Any guidance on what can be done to recover the missing folders?
